Our Team
Héctor Hernán Ríos Ospina, Founder.
Economist from Universidad Javeriana, with graduate studies in International Relations, recognized specialist in the economic, financial, and legal aspects of air transportation at both national and international levels, a field to which he has dedicated over three decades. He currently serves as an ad-hoc advisor to INAERO, supporting projects where his involvement does not present any conflict of interest.
Diego Hernán Ríos Aguirre
Lawyer from Universidad del Rosario, specialized in Tax Law. He leads the legal department. With over ten years of experience and specialized knowledge in various fields of law—primarily aeronautical, tax, labor, and administrative law—he plays a key role in providing comprehensive advisory services to clients.
He designs legal strategies focused on providing structural solutions and manages processes before administrative and judicial authorities. Within his experience, Diego also held roles for several years in executive branch entities and the judiciary.
His strategic approach, comprehensive vision, and leadership of the legal team have been fundamental to INAERO’s positioning, strengthening its legal advisory services. He works closely with clients to ensure excellence in compliance, conflict resolution, and the implementation of the investigative methodology that defines INAERO.
Héctor David Ríos Aguirre
Business Administrator from Universidad de los Andes and Master’s in Data Science (Monash University – Australia, where he currently resides). He has specialized knowledge in financial analysis and statistical modeling for air transport. In addition to being a founding partner, he maintains an ad-hoc relationship with INAERO, participating in specific projects that require his expertise.
Adriana Margarita Guerrero Aguirre
Economist from Universidad Nacional and MBA from Universidad de Viña del Mar, with a specialization in project management. Twenty years of experience with specialized knowledge in the aeronautical sector, strategic planning, route networks, and market studies.
At INAERO, she supports the development of studies and research on air transport, the preparation of reports, databases, air traffic forecasts, among other activities. She has also served as the legal representative for branches of foreign airlines in Colombia.
Experience in designing tools for analysis and evaluation to support decision-making, managing continuous improvement systems, preparing business plans, budgets, schedules, projections, and management reports.
