We provide specialized customs law advisory services for passenger and cargo air transport companies in Colombia, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations related to the movement of goods and people across borders. Our approach focuses on guiding airlines to properly fulfill their responsibilities and obligations as carriers, especially regarding compliance with the customs sanctioning regime established by DECREE 920 OF 2023.
